Step 1 - Your PowerSight meter:

Step 2 - Your PowerSight meter's serial number:


Step 3 - Your PowerSight meter's firmware and hardware version:

To find your firmware and hardware versions for the PowerSight models PS3XXX and PS4XXX press the Admin button then Yes button repeatedly on the keypad until you see a message like below. For the PS2500 press the Next button repeatedly. For the PS250 press the Display button repeatedly.

Serial number is after "Ser #"
Firmware version is after "FW:"
Hardware version is after "HW:"


Step 4 - Your PowerSight Manager Software version for the PC:

To find out your software version open PSM software on your PC and see the version at top center of PSM on your PC screen, or select Help then About PowerSight Manager.


Step 5 - Is your PowerSight meter under warranty or extended warranty:

To find your warranty expiration date for the PowerSight models PS3XXX and PS4XXX press the Admin button then Yes button repeatedly on the keypad until the warranty expiration date is displayed. For the PS2500 press the Next button until the warranty expiration date is displayed . For the PS250 press the Display button the warranty expiration date is displayed.

The warranty expiration date is the date at the lower left. The highest level of PSM that the meter has worked with is the number at the lower right.
